Berber silver, amber, Sherpa coral, Naga shell This necklace is inspired by the necklaces for the Berber/Atlas Mountain women of Morocco and a shopping trip to famous trader Jacques Carcanagues, New York City. It features old Moroccan silver, two centerpiece amber beads, also Sherpa "coral" (actually European glass beads that were traded exclusively in Tibet), shell beads carved and traded in land-locked Nagaland in the Himalayas, copal, coral glass, old silver end beads.
